We weathered Tropical Storm Ophelia aboard SV Animaashi in Oriental, North Carolina. The storm raged for a day or two and the water came up which made getting onto land difficult. The day the storm wained and the water receded I shot this photograph. Still water in the Oriental harbor is disrupted by a cruiser taking their inflatable dinghy back to their vessel. The photograph was shot with the use of a neutral density filter to allow for a long 20 second exposure.
