There was intense wave action on Halloween of 2014. The large waves were coming ahead of a dark storm cloud, the skies to the east were clear and allowing the bright sunlight to shine through. The Ludington lighthouse is known as one of the most photographed lighthouses, which makes capturing a unique perspective more challenging.
