There was intense wave action on Halloween of 2014. The large waves were coming ahead of a dark storm cloud, the skies to the east were clear and allowing the bright sunlight to shine through. A chance of a wave took on the shape of Michigan’s lower peninsula. The Ludington lighthouse is known as one of the most photographed lighthouses, which makes capturing a unique perspective more challenging.
