The northern lights were out in full swing this week when Joe made these captures. Here we have a failure scene to “Harbor Lights” with the Northern Lights over Harbor Springs, but taken closer to the Petoskey Lighthouse. The moon was setting behind the camera and illuminating the water and the lighthouse for this complex exposure. The use of a wide angle Lens has distorted the lighthouse and makes it appear skewed.
